Act
Activity 1: My daily routine
Participants are asked to form a circle and to divide the time they spend on each of their daily activities: resting, working or studying, meeting friends, using technology (this is left for the end)….
An average of the amounts they say among themselves is written down on a blackboard.
Once this has been done, they reflect on the proportion of hours spent on technology compared to other daily activities and mention those that have not been mentioned (reading, walking, cleaning, etc.).
They are then asked to check the time spent using their mobile phone (in the “tools” section of the phone) and compare whether they were right or wrong.
They reflect on the importance of the time they spend on screens, the pros and cons of this, and whether they are aware or unaware of the time they spend on screens.
