individuale e di cittadinanza attiva sono strumenti di lavoro virtuosi, che permettono l\u2019aumento dell\u2019autonomia dell\u2019individuo, e assumono oggi un ruolo centrale nelle politiche sociali che non si limitano a dare una risposta alle problematiche esistenti, ma vogliono attivare processi formativi, finalizzatI all\u2019aumento della consapevolezza del s\u00e9 e alla capacit\u00e0 di autodeterminarsi per i singoli e le comunit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queste pratiche possono permettere alle categorie pi\u00f9 svantaggiate di limitare i processi di segregazione sociale, di ridurre le disparit\u00e0 di genere e di diminuire le forme di discriminazione, consentendo in tal modo lo sviluppo di capacit\u00e0 sociali, civiche e interculturali adeguate al loro inserimento nel mondo
